I’m trying to install OpticStudio on my computer, I have more about 115 G free space on my disk, but I keeps on getting the insufficient memory error and therefore could not install it. What should I do?

Great that you are working!

Strange we don’t need more than about 5gb of free space to install. Perhaps the temp folder got full and that was preventing the completion of the install ?

Greetings!

Memory errors are typically a software error rather than lack of storage space. Make sure you are an administrator on your machine during installation.

Can you share the exact error message, or a screenshot of it?

Hi!

Sorry I forgot to take this question down. After attempting installation a few more times, each time deleting more things on my computer to free up more space, the installation was eventually successful. At that point, my machine had 119 G of free space on there.
