Hi, I am trying to export the NSC model to step file. There is no ray included in the step file. The options to choose ray in the CAD tab is a greyout. How can I activated these options. Thanks.

Hi Xin,
Those settings are only available in the Sequential mode. The notions of field and ray pattern are irrelevant in the Non-Sequential mode.
The rays that are displayed in your Non-Sequential Layout should be automatically exported and if you are not able to see them, I suspect you might want to take a look at this article.
For me, it seems to work in 22.2.1:
