Hello,

Exactly what does it mean, when ray gets flag GHOST (32) in ZRD file coming from NSC analysis? What are the requirements for a ray to become a ghost?

Thanks

Jan

When a ray hits, some fraction is transmitted and some is reflected. If the default behavior without splitting is ‘transmit’, then when the ray splits the ‘reflect’ ray is a ghost.

In general, the ghost rays are the ones generated when ray splitting in ON.
