Zemax file is not opening

I  am trying to open zemax file. It could not able to open and pop-up error message. Attached file shows the steps, i have taken. Please suggest me solution for it.

Hello Amit,

The 1st error message means that OpticStudio is unable to find the glass catalog called “USER.AGF”. So basically without this catalog, OpticStudio is going to see if it can find the materials in the optical system in other catalogs. Then it finds it in the BIREFRINGENT catalog. But the last message shows that the QUARTZ material in the BIREFRINGENT catalog is not defined for that wavelength:

So the easiest thing to do would be to ask the person who sends you this file to give you a zar file (archive file that contains the material catalog). 

Or you could define check the properties of the Quartz material at larger wavelengths and then define it as a new material.

I would strongly recommend doing the 1st one, check with the person who has sent you this file. A difference in a material can have a big impact on a design.
