When the version is upgraded to 2025R2, only the PRO version is supported
If your organization doesnt have Enterprise licenses, or if they are in use by others, it is just notifying you that edition was not available.
IF you want to get rid of the message you can open OpticStudio Help > License utility and set the edition to Pro instead of Enterprise.
