What is mean by weights in wavelength tab?

I would like to add sunlight spectrum into wavelength tab in opticstudio. Can anyone help me with how to define weights for each wavelength in sunlight spectrum?

Hi Sathya

The weights represent the importance of the wavelength. They can be linked to the spectral irradiance.

For example below I have copied a sun spectrum. If the weight for the peak is 1, then you can define all the other wavelengths relatively to that value.

I hope it helps.
