Question related to the article "How to design a confocal fluorescent microscope in OpticStudio"

Forum|alt.badge.img+1

The microscope objective, mentioned in the article is not an infinitely corrected objective. How can it be used with the dichroic mirror, which is effective only for collimated beam? The collimated beam is shown in the picture of the system overview, however, the microscope objective from the K_007 zebase, mentioned in the article, does not give collimated beam. It can be helpful to include sequential design files for all parts of the system for better understanding.

Hi Elena

If I am not wrong, this article How to design a confocal fluorescent microscope in OpticStudio has been published a long time ago by one of our intern. 2 sequential files were used and combined in the non-sequential mode. See attached.
