System Diagnostic is just not starting.
After clicking it nothing is happening.... a short wirl on the cursor, but no window pops up.

Update:
This was fixed in the new Opticstudio 21.2.2 release that came out yesterday! If you were using an older version to get around this issue, feel free to install the latest (assuming your license is under support).

Hello!
We do have a bug report open on this for Opticstudio 21.2. It seems to be isolated to some customer with Nvidia graphics cards. Note that this same issue also makes the 'design templates' option in the 'libraries' tab of Opticstudio stop working. Note that the design templates are available to those who have a subscription license. For perpetual license holders, the 'design templates' option is grayed out.

I have the same issue. My laptop has an Nvidia 1060.
