I don't understand what this means. PSpice simulates electronic circuits and produces data in the form of voltages and currents as a function of time. OpticStudio simulates light interacting with space and materials and produces intensities as a function of spatial dimensions. The only case I can think of for interfacing would be using OpticStudio to determine irradiance on a sensor, and then using PSpice to simulate a circuit containing the sensor. The interface is just a number.
