可以直接參照UDA file的格式來建立這個Aperture，要建立有圓跟方型的Aperture，請同時使用ARC和LIN指令，LIN就是一個線段，ARC就是一個弧線，相關的操作定義請參考help file。The Setup Tab > Editors Group (Setup Tab) > Lens Data Editor > Surface Properties > Aperture (surface properties) > User Defined Apertures and Obscurations
help file裡面有一個形狀就有點類似您的需求，稍加改變就可以了。
