I have a as-measured surface irregularity file (converted from Zygo int into zemax dat file). I need to apply this on the clear aperture of off-axis parabola (OAP) surface. However, it seems that this DAT is applied on the vertex of OAP mirror, rather than the clear aperture of OAP. Is there a way to shift the DAT file so that it was applied on the clear aperture? Thanks.
