Our company has a license for Ansys Zemax OpticStudio Pro. One license for one system. Its a license that starts with 1-#####.
Now we want to use this license on a different computer then the computer we currently use. I could install Ansys Zemax optics studio on this new computer but its not clear how to “transfer” the lciense. Can someone advice?

Ansys licenses like yours are network licenses, so are intended to be installed on a server and then be shared over the network to OpticStudio users. That way you dont have to transfer them between machines.
However you can “rehost” the license to a new machine a few times a year if needed. Please contact Zemax support for details. I’ve just enable your support so you can open a ticket or shedule a call from zemax.com.
