I am using this software on my Macbook through bootcamp, but there is no insert key for Macbook. Then how can I insert surface? Thanks!

In the Editor, right-mouse-click and choose Insert Surface

I used to use OS on a Mac with Parallels, and there was a keypress equivalent to the Insert key, but I'm afraid I can't recall exactly what it was. Try Fn + Enter. If that's not it, try Googling insert key for mac keyboard bootcamp for various suggestions. That's how I found the combination that worked for me.
