i have nsc parts in my zemax simulation and i wanted to export it as a CAD STL file but it fails to export the nsc objects.

Could you either share an example file of the object so that we can better understand the settings and geometry that you are using, or could you provide us with more information about the errors that you are seeing during the failed export?
For STL files, you might try playing around with the Angular Tolerance setting, which controls the accuracy of the represented object. Additionally, with STL files, remember that STL files do not support lines and that the object will be exported as a Faceted Solid.
