Off-axis lens in non-sequential mode

Hi,

What is a good way to create an off-axis lens in non-sequential mode? The lens has spherical surfaces, but they are decentered. Like this:

There might be a simpler way, but my thought would be to use Boolean Native object.

Create a cylinder volume with diameter of your lens and some thickness large enough to fit the lens inside.

Create two spheres of your chosen radii, one for each surface. Locate the spheres according to your design.

Use the Boolean Native surface to create the volume you need. Cylinder is object A. Sphere for surface 1 is object B. Sphere for surface 2 is object C. Boolean equation A&C-B should do it.
