field points plotting

Forum|alt.badge.img

Is there a way to plot more than 12 field points in 3D layout etc?  I’d like to display a few more to fill the field of view.

One way is to use multiple configurations where the fields are changing in each configuration, then turn on all configurations in your 3D layout. I have done this for a system with 9 fields per configuration and 6 configurations, so I am seeing all 54 fields on the layout plot.

Thanks Sean, that is a helpful trick.  It seems to me that 12 is an arbitrary (small) number and there should be a way to pick your own limit, within reason.  I wanted to make a grid of 4x4 or 5x5 field points for some PowerPoint slides & didn’t want to leave the FoV partially empty.  It just looks like an error on the slides; takes time to explain.
