I am trying to export the lens in the attached file to cad file(step).
I got an error for surface no. 4 -failed to export.
When increasing the clear diameter of the surface to be the same as the mechanical diameter, there is no problem.

Hi Nadav,
I was able to export your lens from your file without problems by exporting surfaces 2-5. Your error-code did not occur while I was exporting your lens. My OpticStudio Version used to do this is 22.1.
When opened with a CAD viewer the lens looks fine on first glance. In a second try I also increased the mechanical Semi-Diameter of Surface 4 to 43 mm without increasing the Clear Semi-Diameter and it worked, too.
