Saving POP result to Bitmap image

AsafPe

How can I save the POP analysis presented as “False Color” to a BMP or JPG file but only the beam profile section? I want to make further analysis on the image file without all the information around it

You cannot save just the data grid as a JPG/PNG file, but if you click on the Text tab at the bottom of the window, you can get the raw data to make further analysis.

You can save the output as a .ZBF file in the settings of your POP window and then convert it to a tab-delimited text file with the tool Convert ZRD or ZBF to TSV, found in the File tab:

This produces a text file that mainly consists of the pixel information of the complex field. Some post processing to get the intensity or phase would be needed.

As MichaelH also said, you can switch to the text tab and save that, producing a text file that can be input with little modification.
