Hi team,

 

I recently registered for the Global Academic Program license.

On my Zemax account page, I can see my license number and verify that I am categorized as an end user.

However, I can’t find the activation code to register my license on my PC.

It seems like it should be delivered via email, but I haven’t received it. (I checked the spam box)

Please let me know how to find the activation code.

It looks like there was a processing error with the license system. I’ve asked the academic team to regenerate it for you. If you have any follow up questions or don’t see an activation code in your student email within the next 24 hours, email academic@zemax.com for help.
