While I was trying to access my zemax account, it showed me an error message and now on logging into my account , it shows that my licence has expired. 

 

If possible, KIndly look into it and let me know if there is something I can do to curb this problem.

Student licenses aren’t shown in the main account view. You are looking at somebody else’s license. You can ignore 35677.

I see you still have L124085 active through Jan 4 2023 so you are good to go!
