Hello!

I recently had to re-install OpticStudio after a coffee on computer accident. I was unable to transfer the license as the machine would no longer boot. Would it be possible to get a new invite? Or what recommendations would be worth attempting to recover access to Zemax software?

If the machine will no longer boot up, then the license is lost. It looks like you have a subscription-type which means you may be eligible for a replacement per our License Policies. Please send an email to support@zemax.com and we can discuss further!
