Hi there,

I am designing a phase-contrast microscope and would like to include an annular, ring-shaped aperture in the condenser lens for a phase-contrast microscope. Please advise and thank you in advance!

Place a circular obscuration aperture on the stop surface.  Define the annular aperture by its minimum radius and maximum radius.
