My question is regarding an error I met when I use a lens black box from lens vendor. As the screenshot below, I have tried to put the object to 1 meter away in front of the lens by adjusting the surface 1 thickness. However, an error as “cannit determine object coordinates” shows up once entered. How to fix this error or what’s the proper method to change the object distance at the black box? Thanks.

The issue is that OpticStudio is struggling to fill the STOP with rays. The error is described in our help files. Can you move the STOP before the blackbox?
