When do we use Float by stop size as the Aperture type?
Page 1 / 1
Float by stop size is a proper choice to make when the size of the stop is known. For example, if we have a camera lens in which stop surface has a semi diameter of 10 lens units, then in that case, the system aperture should be defined as Float by Stop Size. This means that the Clear Semi-Diameter value in the Lens Editor will determine the system aperture.
