I have an optical fiber and a lens for collimating. I have used some fields to represent the fiber output with given numerical aperture and  I want to optimize the final image which should not be not more than 17mm diameter. Is there any specific merit functions for this task and how to do it.

Hi Dion,

I responded to your earlier post. In the example I offered, the REAY operand is used to define the edge of the 17 mm diameter final image.
