Dear friends of ZEMAZ, good afternoon. Thank you very much for granting the license update. However, the computer I was using had an incident and stopped working, and I could not retrieve any information. I had to buy another computer, but now I cannot use ZEMAX with the license granted on my new computer.

Could you help me solve this problem?

Hello Fermin,

From the information you provided, I assume you had a softkey instead of a USB hardkey. We only can help you retrieve the license if the motherboard of pervious PC which hosted the license is still running. You mentioned you bought a new machine. In this case, the motherboard is changed. Therefore, we cannot retrieve the licesne back. I'm sorry for the trouble and for not able to provide more useful information.
