Tolerance analysis of grating parameters and save the results separately

These parameters can’t be put into tolerance analysis directly. The workaround is to set them in multiconfiguration and use TMCO to tolerance. The SAVE can save the lens used to evaluate the min and max values of the preceding tolerance operand in a ZMX format file. By using different number, a series of files can be generated to check the performance change.
