Dear all,
I have a complex polygon object (.pob) that have to transfer to CAD file like .stl, .IGES., etc…
But when I run the transfer option in Zemax, the screen shows as following and does not do anything.
What should I do to complete the transform?

Any chance you can share your POB? Does the same happen no matter which format you try to export to? Could you confirm that your POB is a closed volume and that you are not try to export something flat.
I'm not sure if it is relevant when you export to STL, but have you try checking/unchecking Setup..OpticStudio Preferences..General..Use Parasolid Libraries?
