Hi,

I am doing ray tracing reflected at a TIR prism and faced a problem that beam stops at a certain surface as shown below.

Any one can help to solve this ?

Dowon,

When I run into that kind of problem, it’s often one of two things:

  1. it can’t trace the rays into the next material
  2. somehow, that surface aperture got set to 0

I know this is unlikely to help, but I figured I’d share.

Chris

Hi Dowon,

Any chance you can share this design file with us? Not sure what is going on without further information from your system.

Take care,

David
