Howdy STAR Users!
We are excited about the 22.2 release of the OpticStudio STAR Module because we’re bringing a new feature to the Command Ribbon of the STAR tab that will help you do two things:

Identify what category of FEA data is causing the system performance to change the most

Pinpoint where in the system the change in performance is coming from
The STAR Performance Analysis will deliver these insights with a couple of clicks and help you make important design decisions in your system. The tool works by toggling the individual FEA datasets one at a time, recording the performance metric, and then presenting the results in a graph.
The new STAR Performance Analysis is available in the OpticStudio 22.2 release and is available with a STAR license.
