OpticsStudio 21.1 setup freezes at 'updating prerequisites'. My system is Windows 10, and I've tried reinstall and reboot but problem still exists. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Hello Chen,
Go to Program Files\Zemax OpticStudio and run the standalone program OpticStudio_Prerequisites.exe. Please send support a screenshot of the dialog box once it hangs so they know which prerequisite is causing the problem.

+3Also, there is a great Knowledge Base article at https://my.zemax.com/en-US/Knowledge-Base/kb-article/?ka=KA-01859. It refers to OpticsViewer, but it's fully applicable to OpticStudio.
