Some time ago, the portal for managing OpticStudio licenses moved to the Ansys site. I have been trying to access and manage my perpetual license. I have an account on the Ansys forum, and regularly read the optics section. I can get to the license management page by using the Software Downloads page at the bottom of this Zemax forum. But when I try to sign on, my LastPass password manager wants to sign me on with the same password I use for the Ansys forum. I get an invalid password response. But . . .  it seems to recognize my email address (as user name) and does not offer to let me set up a new account. (I could use the forgot password link, but I’m afraid that will disqualify me from accessing the forum.)

How can I get access to managing licenses?
