Hi Zemax Support Team,

I am Bahadır Gezgen.I have a Zemax student license. 

I recently formatted my laptop and forgot to transfer my license.I send an e-mail to acedemic@zemax , they offered to deactive my old license and give a new one but there is no return . Thank you very much for your help. 

 

Afternoon! The replacement request appears not to have been received. I just re-sent a request to the academic team on your behalf, and you should hear back by tomorrow.
