I am Riddhima,a postgraduate student at BIT,Mesra.I had the Global Academic Program License.I had to format my laptop due to unavoidable issues.I did not transfer my Zemax soft key license on any other system beforehad.I now only have my License number.I need the software immediately to finish my project.I request you to understand the situation and replace my lost license.

Sorry to hear about your licensing troubles, and hopefully you were able to remedy them. In the future, you certainly want to make sure to transfer the license before format, if possible.
