we use OpticStudio with License in a black USB key.
I have just downloaded and updated the newest release. But I am asked for the code several times in a row and Opticstudio will not open. I assume that our current license code and the key don’t match the Opticstudio release. I would like therefore if it is possible to require a new License code which match this release. Unless I will reinstall the old version that we use. Could you please tell us with which version we can return back?
We need to use OpticStudio urgently, please help us to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
