I have reinstalled my windows recently. So now all the saved licenses have been lost. I don't know how to use my license again.

Hello!
Normally you need to transfer the license away before a reinstall of Windows (if possible). See the Zemax Licensing policies to see how the license works and how to secure the license from loss in future.
