Since I reset my computer 2 weeks ago, I cannot log in with my student license given to me around March. My student license information is available in my email. Since my computer has been reset, I cannot perform transactions such as transfer key with zemax. how can i solve this problem? Thanks!

Sorry to hear about your licensing troubles, and hopefully you were able to remedy them. In the future, you certainly want to make sure to transfer the license before format, if possible.
