I have a Global Academic Program License. I need to update my license which I applied and Zemax accepted. I have update code, but I formatted my PC without doing create a copy of the license. Now I cant  “View License” in Zemax License Manager. May i get your advice ?

Sorry to hear about your licensing troubles, and hopefully you were able to remedy them. In the future, you certainly want to make sure to transfer the license before format, if possible.
