There are several doubts about tolerance analysis looking forward to get your help! To make the question more clear, let's take the double gauss 28 degrees filed as the example.

1. About the compensator. If I want to set tilt,deecnter,position of both element 2(surface 3,4,5) and element 3(surface 7,8,9) as the compensator and in the meantime total thickness of the ststem should be fixed, how should I do?

2.About the output of Monte carlo. How shoudl I set if  I want to get the MTF value of different FOV at different spatial frenquency.
