I am wondering what operands you will use to control the principle plan for a system magnification is floating?

+3I don't think there is a built-in operand for this. There are some nice equations given at http://hyperphysics.phy-astr.gsu.edu/hbase/geoopt/priplan.html,and I would write a macro operand for this based on exactly what you want.
I don't really follow why you would want an operand for this, as principal planes are usually just reported (via the Prescription Report) rather than being targeted as a system goal (and hence optimized for). Can you tell us more about what you're trying to achieve please?
