In case you don’t find someone to help you with this general request, I would suggest that you describe your problem in more details and break it down into specific questions that can be answered in a broader context. If your question touches a wider audience, you are more likely to recieve an answer, and similarly, the answer you’ll get to that question is more likely to help others in the future.

Now, more specifically, you could start by giving us the design criteria for the laser cavity. What constraint does the system have, and what will be a measure of its performance? Also, a basic layout of your design, even if preliminary, is helpful to start discussing it.
