For a design with asphericals that is sensitive to decenter and tilt at some fields, how to make it less sensitive to tolerance? Larger air gap doesn't seem to help much.

In terms of the software, you can either create a 2nd configuration that would be a toleranced system. This way, the optimization will take into account also part of the tolerances. Or you can have a look at the TOLR operand.
