I have a CW-300W fiber laser machine. This machine has M2=1.6 and the fiber core diameter is 14um. How to set the parameters in Zemax and use this machine as the light source.

I think you’ll find this post helpful:
M2 isn’t an input in OpticStudio because there can be many beam profiles that produce the same M2 value… essentially, OpticStudio requires more precision than is inherent in the M2. You can still model your system, but I suppose the amount that you trust your results will really depend on what you’re trying to measure.
