How to add Surface error (Specular error) to the reflector

I am trying to model a solar simulator that consists of a light source, elliptic reflector and a target. The model chosen in this simulation is non sequential. Since the reflector is elliptic, that mean that the light source will be in the first local point inside the reflector. The second focal point is on the target. Since the elliptic reflector is not perfect in real life, the rays on the target is supposed to be less concentrated and I would like to introduce specular (surface) error to the model. Anyone has any idea on how I can implement these errors to the model so the rays are less concentrated and the peak heat flux drops down? I looked into tolerance and for non sequential setup, it looks like there are three tolerance which are applicable: TNPS, TNPA, and TNMA but I am not sure if that is exactly what I am looking for.
