I have considered 1,00,000 rays in simulation. Is this fine or I have to increase the number of rays? Is there any relation between number of rays and input power? Any answer will be help full.

Hii…

1) It is recommended to trace the as much ray as possible so the uncertainty due to Monte Carlo ray trace can be avoided. I guess 1,00,000 rays is a good count, but try to increase to 1E+6 or so and see the detector readings for multiple ray trace if it is quite consistent you can go ahead with that number of rays for further analysis!!

2) Regarding how the power is distributed in number of rays...
