How does zemax convert decenter tolerance unit from mm to arcminute?

Hello,

I am doing tolerancing for an optical system and noticed that in the ISO 10110-6 (centering, 4/), arcminute is used as the unit for decentering while mm is used in zemax tolerance wizard. I see also that by creating an ISO element drawing in zemax for an optical element, the preset tolerance in mm is automatically converted to arcminute. I wonder how this is done and if the tolerancing value in the drawing is reliable? I tried to set very different values for surface decent in tolerance wizard but got the same value in arcminute in ISO drawing (As are shown in attachements, same lens and no other changes, and after clicking ‘Reset from TDE’). Can anyone please help to explain this to me, or where I probably did wrong? Thanks!

I was wrong, the arcminute value was not a conversion from surface decent, but the surface tilt value.
