I’m trying to model a multimode fiber with graded index in OpticStudio. I have a known fiber NA of 0.29 and the gradient change across the core can be assumed as parabolic. Then, after the GRIN fiber is properly modeled, I would like to shape the fiber tip into various lenses. Since these are formed by shaping the fiber core, this would also be GRIN.

What additional information do I need to model this fiber? What assumptions can be made? Any advice is greatly appreciated!
