In sequential mode, I am using two different configurations. Is it possible for the starting points of the light to be slightly different in these configurations? If it is possible, how can I do it?

Use THIC operand in MCE.

If you want to change the Z position, then the THIC operand is indeed the correct way to do it. Technically it changes everything after the starting point, but the effect is identical. Similarly, you can use a single Coordinate Break on Surface 1 to create decenters in X and Y. As with THIC, it actually changes everything else in the system, but the result is the same. The PRAM operand for parameters 1 and 2 handle this.
