Hello!

I am using multiple fold mirrors and also have off axis folding (in X tilts on few mirrors and Y tilts on few mirrors).

Now I am trying to tilt one fold mirror in both X and Y in order to return to same XY plane as the first elements.

Need some help about this. Can someone suggest how can i achieve this ?

Thanks,

Vamsi

Use global operands (GLCX, GLCY, GLCZ, RAGX, RAGY, RAGZ, etc) in the merit function with desired target values.  Set the TiltX and TiltY values preceding the mirror as variable, and use corresponding pickups for them following the mirror.  Optimize and see if it puts the reflected path where you want it.
