I would like to calculate the Jones matrix or Mueller matrix of an optical system composed of multiple lenses using ZEMAX. How should I do about this?

The reason I want to do this simulation is because any light is affected by the refraction of the lens, causing the polarization state to change. The attached PDF discusses this, and for example, linear polarization is affected by a simple lens, and the Degree of Linear polarization changes from 1 to a maximum of 0.92. I want to create such a simulator in ZEMAX.

Did you check Polarization pupil map tool?

Yes, I have checked it. However, it seems that the pupil map tool does not have a function to directly calculate the Jones vector.

Also, I made a very simple lens file and analyze polarization  pupil map at image plane.

I found the When the input vector is Jx, Jy = 1, 0], the phases at points t-0.5, 0.5] and n0.5, 0.5] are 180 degrees opposite, dispite of  f-0.5, 0.5] and 0.5, 0.5] should be symmetrical about the axis.

Why are the phases reversed?
(wavelength = 550nm, aperture value = 0.2)
